At Jacquard Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened merchandise in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship the Package

  Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method of your choice; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
